Preliminary LUMTAS Missile Launch from HÜRKUŞ

Laser Guided Long Range Anti-Tank Missile System LUMTAS Missile, developed by Roketsan, was fired from the HÜRKUŞ, our national aircraft which began with the initiative of the Undersecretariat for Defense Industries and was developed by TAI, for the first time on 7th of April 2017, in Konya Karapınar test range. The Laser Guided Long Range Antitank Missile LUMTAS has an anti-tank (tandem) warhead and an alternative antipersonnel warhead. The LUMTAS Missile is integrated to the T-129 ATAK Helicopters and can be fired from fixed wing aircrafts, UAV’s and both land and sea platforms.
