Focus Group Meetings, organized by the Human Resources and Academy Directorate, were held online on February 22-26, 2021.
“Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey” was conducted throughout Roketsan with the participation of our employees on September 3-23, 2020. The survey results was presented by our General Manager Murat İKİNCİ to employees on December 21, 2020.
Following the completion of Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey, “Focus Group Meetings” were organized by the Human Resources and Academy Directorate. The meetings, conducted by an independent HR consulting company, were held online between February 22 and 26.
12 separate Focus Group Meetings were held across the company, involving employees at all levels, covering all campuses and all organizations. In addition to the topics highlighted in the Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey results, the meetings covered issues related to the Company in general and the business life of the employees.
A total of 142 employees attended 12 different meetings that lasted for 5 days.
